Shasta Belt, LPC, LLMFT

Helping others get unstuck and thrive is my passion. I believe many of the decisions we act on, especially the ones we wish we hadn’t, come from a part of us that really wants to do better but doesn’t know how. This is where therapy comes in and helps separate the person from the problem. But it all starts with the therapeutic relationship. That said, I am dedicated to creating a space where you feel safe and heard because I believe the clinician-client relationship is imperative to your progress and helping you reach your goals. I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders, personality disorders, relationship distress, grief and loss, and other life adjustments (I.e. marriage, divorce, going back to school, a move, etc). I also have experience working with individuals who feel as though they have walked away from their faith and are struggling to return.

My approach is largely client-centered combined with a Christ-centered biblical perspective, trauma-informed techniques, and HUMOR! Laughter happens often because who says therapy has to be boring?

I look forward to meeting you and working together to help you reach your goals!
