Hayley Ostlund, LPC

Hayley Ostlund is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is Nationally Board Certified. Currently working on her PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision, Hayley works full time at Grace Counseling specializing in trauma, family issues, anxiety and depression. Hayley accepts clients aged 12+ and primarily works with teenagers, couples and those who have experienced trauma. Hayley is experienced in LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy and accepts clients regardless of their identification.
Graduating with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Hayley has experience working in non-profit agencies, correctional settings and crisis intervention centers providing different mental health services including crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, couples therapy and family therapy.
Hayley believes all clients are the expert of their own experiences and commits to providing therapy in a client-centered approach. Clients are active participants in their treatment and she is there to help guide clients towards a more fulfilling and satisfying life. 
In her free time Hayley enjoys playing with her dogs, watching wrestling and attending concerts.

  • I believe all clients’ struggles are unique which means their treatment should be tailored to address their specific concerns. Counseling is not a “one size fits all” service. I use many different treatment modalities to ensure my clients are receiving the treatment they need in order to live a fulfilling and satisfying life.
