Bonnie Breidenbach, MA, LPC, LLP

My goal is to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment in which a patient can become more aware of themselves and how to harness their strengths and overcome the obstacles that contribute to pain and dysfunction. I am most influenced by positive psychology which believes in human potential to evolve and self realize. I employ a combination of cognitive behavioral and interpersonal therapy interventions and support the empowerment of the patient to make meaningful differences in their lives.
